News in Brief

  • Glee star Jane Lynch has revealed that her performance of 'Vogue' was an experience she will never forget. Lynch recorded the track and recreated its iconic video for the Madonna-themed episode in the show's first season.
"Making that Madonna video was such a labour of love and probably a highlight in my life that I'll always look back on", she told RTÉ Ten.
"I know it was Ryan Murphy's dream come true to make that and everyone worked so hard on the video - we had more production meetings for that particular number than anything else in Glee."
She added: "We started working on it last December, all through Christmas and didn't shoot it until March. It took me every day to get those dance moves right. I understand that she released a statement saying she was very happy with the whole episode and so she should be, it was homage to her."

  • Sex, a 1992 picture book by Madonna, led the 2010 edition of BookFinders’ 100 Most Sought After Out-of-Print Books List.
Here’s more about Madonna’s book from the post: “This explicit collection features photos of the Material Girl, without the material, has been a collector’s item since it first hit shelves in 1992. Since Madonna is never one to do something twice, and the fact that the once highly controversial book is less edgy than it once was leads us to guess that Sex will remain out-of-print.”
    Here's the entire list:

1 Madonna Sex

2 Ray Garton In a Dark Place: The Story of a True Haunting

3 Harry Douglas Smith The Secret of Instantaneous Healing

4 Don Graf Basic Building Data: 10,000 Timeless Construction Facts
