OK, so we've reached another point in the mid-album season where we get tons of gossip about Madonna's "plans" and "future work".
It's usually not true at all, but at least their "sources" are creative at sharing ideas.. and we've got nothing else to do anyway.

So, here we go:

• Few days ago, some of the Turkish newspapers reported that THY (Turkish Airlines) will approach Madonna to star in one of the upcoming advertisement campaigns. Previous stars to appear in THY ads were Kevin Costner and Lionel Messi. (thanks to spiritboy!)

• Madonna will have a big surprise from India on her 52nd birthday on August 16. The pop goddess will be flaunting a dress especially made by Indian designers Falguni and Shane Peacock on her big day. Interestingly, Madonna’s boyfriend Jesus Luz asked her stylist to approach the two Mumbai-based designers to order the big Indian surprise for her.
  “Yes, we are doing a dress for Madonna. We were approached by her stylist, who wanted us to design the dresses in black, which is also Madonna’s favourite colour,” says Falguni. “We have made two outfits for her — one in black and silver detailing, and the other in black and gold detailing. The entire outfit has lots of texturing and we have used leather blended with other fabrics to produce a dress that we’re sure she’s going to love. While she’ll wear one dress on her birthday, the other one is for a live performance.” (Hindustan Times)

• And after aaaaaaall those rumors about new tour next fall, Arthur Fogel of Live Nation said that because of crisis many live gigs suffered but he put all is hope on Gaga and Madonna whose new album is due to 2012.
